Celebrate a birthday, send a pick-me-up, or make an ordinary week a little sweeter. Order cakes, cupcakes, cookies, or a cupcake bouquet for your student living in a UNCW residence hall.

Share their name, residence hall, and contact number. Kim will confirm the delivery fee and coordinate the timing and meeting location with you.

All cakes are frosted with Italian meringue buttercream. Final design and specialty options may change the quote. Delivery, if selected, is quoted separately.

Submitting this request does not reserve your date. Kim will confirm availability and the final total. UNCW deliveries require full payment within 24 hours of booking. Other orders require the deposit stated on your invoice within 24 hours (normally 50%), with the remaining balance due on the day of pickup. Payment instructions for Zelle or Venmo will be provided with your confirmed quote. This form does not collect payments.

Booking & payments

Please request your order at least one week ahead. Requests are subject to availability. Kim confirms your design and final price before booking. UNCW deliveries require full payment within 24 hours of booking. Other orders require the deposit stated on your invoice within 24 hours (normally 50%) to secure your date.

The remaining balance is due on the day of pickup. Payment instructions and the remaining balance will be included with your invoice. Kim confirms payments after checking receipt.

Cancellations & changes

Email Kim as soon as possible to request a cancellation, date change, or design change. Changes depend on availability and may affect your quote. A change is confirmed only after Kim replies.

Any cancellation charges, deposit refund conditions, and deadlines will be stated in your written quote before you pay. Please review those terms before booking.

Ingredients & allergens

Our cake and cookie recipes include wheat, eggs, and milk. Other allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, and soy, may be present depending on the flavor, filling, decorations, and ingredient brands. Italian meringue buttercream contains egg whites (eggs) and butter (milk).

Please discuss every food allergy or dietary requirement with Kim before booking. Allergen-free products cannot be guaranteed. An ingredient review is needed for your specific order; a flavor name alone does not establish suitability.

Pickup & delivery

Pickup is available Tuesday–Saturday, 10 a.m.–5 p.m., at an agreed time. Kim will confirm pickup details directly. Delivery availability and the additional fee are confirmed with your quote.

If you are running late or need to change your arrangements, contact Kim promptly so you can agree on a new plan.

Transport & cake care

Carry the box from underneath and keep it flat in a cool vehicle, away from direct sunlight and heat. Follow the storage and serving instructions provided for your cake and filling.

Tiered cakes contain support boards, straws, and a central dowel. Remove supports and any non-edible decorations before serving. Ask Kim if you are unsure which decorations are edible.
